Colombian lawyer with a master's in Human Rights from the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in Germany. She currently works at the Cambodian Center for Human Rights, located in Phnom Penh. In addition, she has experience in transitional justice, accountability and gender-based violence, particularly in the context of armed conflicts in Latin America and Europe.
