Carlos holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences – FLACSO in Ecuador and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences (Peru). He has 22 years of experience in journalism and radio, with emphasis in community and public radio. He has worked in international media such as the Asociación Latinoamericana de Educación Radiofónica, ALER; and national media such as Radio Pública del Ecuador, Pichincha Universal and FLACSO Radio (online media). He is currently a member of Connectas Hub's Regional Editorial Team.
