Carlos is an Ecuadorian businessman and a part-time blogger for about 3 years now. His blog “Sentado frente al mundo” was chosen as the Best Latin American Blog 2008.
He joined the Global Voices group because he thinks that in every citizen being there is a communicator in potence, and he is sure that alternative journalism is the future of information.
