I am a Research Fellow at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at
Harvard Law School. I hold a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from
Harvard College. I spent five years working for Lotus Development Corp.
(now a division of IBM) as a principal systems engineer, Web developer, and
technical writer. My primary specialties were Internet messaging, server
architecture, and data recovery. My research interests include spam,
Internet filtering and censorship, intellectual property, spyware, and
cognitive effects on human decisionmaking.
